This was the clinic I first went to for nose surgery. I live in the provinces, so I set aside a day and went to Seoul for a consultation.
Originally I wanted to consult with the famous director Kim Joon, but he was on leave that day, so I consulted with Director Kang instead. According to the staff at the clinic, Director Kang mainly handles primary surgeries, and Director Kim mainly handles revisions.
Even though I had studied a lot from YouTube and went there with a fair amount of knowledge, the consultation felt different once I was actually there. Director Kang calmly looked over my nose CT and photos while consulting me, and he was really kind and nice. He even did a virtual simulation for me and said that because I already have a nasal bridge, he would not recommend silicone, and that if donor dermis and ear cartilage were used, it would probably come out around this level, which I liked.
However, when I talked about the cost again with the consultation manager, they spoke way too fast and hardly listened to what I had to say, only saying what they wanted to say. That part was a little disappointing for me!
And when the director did the virtual simulation, I didn't really like how my nose lookedㅠ So I just had the consultation and ended up thinking I didn't want to have surgery at this clinic.
