I got contour injections in my cheeks 2 years ago I went once a month for 3 sessions, and around the 3rd session, I saw enough effect that people slightly noticed and said, “Did you lose some weight?” But once my cheeks became slimmer, my cheekbones looked more prominent, so after that I got injections along my jawline and cheekbones, but there was no effectㅠㅠ After that, I didn’t get them for a few months and it went back to how it was, so I started getting them again, but I had side effectsㅠㅠ One cheek swelled up a lot, and I could feel something like a lump insideㅠㅠ There was pain too. For almost a month, I walked around looking like I had a square jaw on one side. I had paid for 3 sessions and had one left, so it felt like a waste, and I went back 2-3 months later. They apologized and gave me one more injection, and luckily there were no side effects, but there was no effect eitherㅠㅠ Since then I’ve been too scared to get contour injections and am looking into liposuctionㅠㅠㅠ
