It's embarrassing to post my face photo, so I'm attaching the CT images as well. Left: after surgery / Right: before surgery ***The left side is after surgery.
My chin was short, so I had chin-lengthening using my own bone, and along with that I had square jaw surgery (second angle removal). This was a different case from people who have a long chin and want it shortened Because it was short, my overall facial proportions didn't match.
I debated whether to do the cheekbones at the same time as the two contouring procedures, but when looking at my face rather than just the CT, they said my cheekbones didn't stand out much, so they didn't particularly recommend it.
Honestly, I wasn't thinking about the cheekbones either, but while visiting different hospitals, some others recommended cheekbones instead of the jaw, which made me consider it. That was another point that made me feel the hospital and I were a good match, so I decided to go ahead with the surgery.
On the day of surgery, I stayed in the hospital for a day and received care, and starting the day after surgery, I came to the hospital every day to receive swelling management~ Every time I went, the director kept checking on me in the middle, so I think I felt a lot of mental reassurance even after the surgery.
For swelling management, I took Danggui Su San and Areumsu, did cold compresses, and walked for about an hour every day, and I'm still managing it to reduce the swelling If anyone needs information, I'll share it.
