They had a huge amount of pride in lowering the nostrils, and the before-and-after photos were pretty tempting. They prefer costal cartilage over any other material, which made me uncomfortable. It was also the most expensive, so I skipped it.. Still, the consultation was kind and thorough, and they clearly said what could and couldn’t be done without exaggeration.
