They explained it using their own technique. I did go in already knowing that surgical method, but the explanation lacked enough detail tailored to the patient’s case, so in a way it didn’t really resonate with me. To put it harshly, maybe it felt a bit self-absorbed? They kept explaining the same technique over and over without saying things like how my nose is and what exactly needs to be done, and since there were no patient photos, I’d have to trust them completely and leave it in their hands.
