Nose Lab review

Because my long nose was a complex for me, I decided to have revision surgery. From the photos, the asymmetry is also pretty severe. I first consulted with the consultation manager, and she was incredibly kind and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way! The director had had a procedure/surgery before, and I had to wait quite a while before the consultation. When I consulted with the director, it was comforting that they immediately pointed out my complex. They said the asymmetry was severe and that it was a difficult case, but they went through each issue one by one and explained the solutions. I wanted the silicone removed completely, but they said that if it were removed, there could be indentation, so they would have to open it up and judge, and that osteotomy would also be a good idea. And if, when opening it, the septum was damaged, it would need to be rebuilt, and they could use donor rib or autologous rib, which would mean an expensive extra chargeㅠㅠ Overall, it was a satisfying consultation, and they told me to ask anything I wanted. My biggest concern is that the noses in the blog reviews all have similar pointed shapes, but I want a natural rounded nose, so I feel like the style the director prefers doesn't match mine, and I'm wondering whether my opinion will really be reflected? So I'm feeling a lot of worry. My expectations have gone down a bit..
