I went in for a consultation because I wanted philtrum reduction and corner-of-mouth surgery. The manager was kind, but didn’t really give the impression of having a lot of expertise, and the head surgeon seemed very busy..., The consultation itself felt like it was only 2 or 3 minutes. I had a lot of things I wanted to ask, but maybe because I had just gone in briefly before surgery, he left quickly. Even though I had booked a consultation appointment and went, the waiting time was fairly long.
