I went for a consultation today, and there was a separate consultation fee. Even though I had a reservation, I still had to wait 20 to 30 minutes. Half of the visitors were foreigners. The building and facilities looked very good, and the people who handled registration at the station were also quite kind. After a brief meeting with the consultation director, I spoke with the doctor, and the doctor also kindly explained my facial features and why he thought of that surgical method. The consultation went on a bit long, though, and I could tell from the nurse coming into the room and waiting that they wanted it to end. That part felt a little burdensome, but everyone else was kind. The quoted price was on the expensive side.
