I went for a consultation because the director is famous for noses. He said 4.5 mm silicone for the bridge, gather the alar cartilage for the tip, harvest septal cartilage to support the back part, then use ear cartilage to raise the tip would probably be good. It seemed like he was pursuing a natural shape. When I asked the manager, she explained that avoiding inflammation is the most desirable thing, and while that almost never happens, if any side effect does occur, the hospital will bear 100% of the aftercare costs. The hospital is quite large and I understand there are other directors too, which worried me a bit because I’ve heard too many bad things about large hospitals, but the director is definitely an expert. I’m still thinking about the surgery.
