I’m 6 months out from 3 types of facial contouring, full-face fat grafting, and nose surgery haha I saw a review by a YouTuber saying that after facial contouring, if you gain weight, your skin sags, so I did try not to gain weight, but in the end I couldn’t beat my appetite and gained 2 kg ha, still, maybe because it’s only 2 kg, so far I don’t feel like my skin is sagging? Thankfully, I don’t have that kind of feeling haha. For reference, that person said they gained and then lost 8 kg, and their skin sagged a little! But strangely, when I compare face photos, I can’t tell at all that I gained weight, maybe because the swelling is going down! It shows a little on my body, but my face actually feels a bit slimmer! Compared with month 3~ Oh, and so far it doesn’t seem like the full-face fat grafting has gone down, but I’m so satisfied that if some of it goes down, I’m planning to do it again! I’m really satisfied even now, but since they say facial contouring swelling takes about a year, I’m going to keep looking forward to it while dieting too haha!!
