I think the director is good at surgery, but lacks aesthetic sense.. They didn’t tell me that lowering the nostrils would make the nose look bigger. My biggest dislike, since I had a bulbous nose, was that it would still look like a bulbous nose. The columella disappeared and my nose looked spread out everywhere. I paid a lot of money for this. The director just said it was swelling and asked me to wait and see, but as someone who’s had nose surgery three times, I can tell at a glance even if they call it swelling. There’s not going to be a dramatic change from here. If 3 months have passed, that pretty much says it all.
