Before and after Before My previous nose had a hump + deviated nose + droopy nose, so I was stressed when smiling or taking side-profile photos, and I looked into nose surgery. At first, I was going to have open surgery for an implant-free nasal tip using septal cartilage, but I was scared of later side effects, so I told them and changed to the Kojelko surgical method, which can be done closed. I had lateral osteotomy, hump osteotomy, and Kojelko (ear cartilage). Because of the osteotomy, I wore a splint for a week and had swelling and bruising. The bruise behind my ear is gradually spreading down my neck, and there is still a little bruising on my face. But it’s enough for daily life, so I’m living without paying too much attention to it. Since it’s still week 2, it doesn’t feel like my own nose and I can’t smile brightly yet, but I’m satisfied because my nose seems to have improved without an incision line. I recommend it to people who need improvement of a complex + a quick recovery period rather than a dramatically pretty nose. The front view looks natural without major change, so I like that my impression hasn’t changed, and the side view definitely became prettier. Since my nose became slimmer, my nostrils are starting to catch my eye though.
