I was looking into removing the nose silicone implant and working on the tip of my nose. My consultation was scheduled for 3 o’clock, but because Director Park Seong-wan’s surgery ran late, they asked whether I wanted to consult immediately with the outpatient doctor, or wait about an hour and see the originally booked Director Park Seong-wan. I said I’d just wait. I ended up getting it around 4:20 or 4:40… I was a bit annoyed. Even though the consultation fee was 50,000 won, they took a separate CT scan and the doctor really examined me carefully. It was the first time I’d met a doctor who touched my nose one point at a time, checked the angles, and even considered facial asymmetry while consulting. During the whole consultation, they carefully touched everything from the bridge to the tip of my nose and even drew the expected postoperative nose line for me. I liked that they didn’t use overly much material. Still, they kept saying it was a difficult and tricky nose ㅜㅜ But it was the first time someone considered my facial asymmetry, so it felt really new. They looked at every little issue with my current nose. And they clearly understood that each person’s standard for “it turned out well” and aesthetic preferences are very different, so they didn’t make definitive promises like “it will go well” or “it will get better” because the idea of improvement differs from person to person. Instead, they said something like: as the bridge lowers, a softer line will form from the current masculine impression, creating the kind of look people commonly call feminine. But because it was a large hospital with different departments, it was also hard to see the doctor after surgery, and I didn’t get that immediate gut feeling, so I was disappointed and chose another hospital.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
