April 31 consultation review

There was a bit of waiting in the middle, but it wasn’t long. First, the manager explained facial asymmetry, the limits of cosmetic surgery, and so on in 3D, which made it easy to understand. I had a consultation with Director ㅂㅅㅇ, and since he is a plastic surgeon, he explained and planned everything in very detailed cosmetic terms. Septal cartilage, ear cartilage, dermis if needed, hump-nose removal, osteotomy, etc. At the same time, he shaped it into a natural line that I like, which I appreciated. When the manager showed me the before-and-after photos, they were exactly what I wanted. If I had only wanted cosmetic improvements, I might have gone ahead with the surgery. But improving my nasal congestion and function is the priority, so I want to hold off. +++ And I think other people should also know that even at hospitals with an anesthesiology specialist on site, anesthesiologists usually do not participate in sedation anesthesia that is not general anesthesia.
