What do you think about using donated rib cartilage and septal cartilage for a first nose surgery?

I booked with Director ㅊ at ㄱㄴ, and after looking at my nose, they said we should use donated rib cartilage and septal cartilage. Other places had suggested ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but I’ve heard a lot that rib cartilage fixes well and prevents things like nasal tip drooping, so I thought it might not be bad. I also want to end it with the first surgery. 1. Is it okay to decide on rib cartilage and septal cartilage for a first nose surgery? 2. I’m scared of cutting into my rib, but would autologous costal cartilage still be the right choice?
