I got a consultation, but it took quite a while to schedule. It seemed to take longer than at other places. Since there was only one director, the consultation was a bit long, but it was the kind of style where they explained everything medically one by one, so it was good for understanding after hearing the explanation. And the director seemed to have a style they prefer, so if it didn’t match that... it became something to worry about when deciding on surgery. Also, the cost wasn’t cheap, and since they specialize in noses, the price was on the high side. The consultation with the manager was just average.
