The staff were so kind and nice. The director also explained very clearly and professionally what the problem was with my nose and how they would do the surgery, but sometimes they don’t seem to understand what I’m saying, or their expression is just too stiff I feel like we’re slightly off the same page, so I’m giving up. Still, overall it seemed like a good hospital.
