I consulted about a re-revision surgery. I had consultations with both the director and the manager, and both answered my questions well and were kind. However, I didn’t get a detailed explanation of exactly how the surgery would be performed, and was only told that improvement would be possible from the current state, so that was a bit disappointing. I wonder if I should have asked more precisely. If you go, write down in advance what questions you want to ask and ask them all.
