They mentioned general anesthesia, using costal cartilage, lowering the columella, alar incision, and so on. What was different from other hospitals was that they also mentioned nasal dorsum osteotomy.
Osteotomy, I don’t know... It was something I had never even considered, so I was a bit flustered, but it seems like it can be omitted if you say you don’t want it.
I think the advantage is that functional surgery can be done together, but I couldn’t find many review photos, so it was hard to compare before and after. The consultation wasn’t bad, so I think it’s worth considering.
