Before and after Hello.. I was always stressed because my nostrils were large and I had a bulbous nose. Even when I wore sunglasses, all I could see were my nostrils.. I live outside Seoul, too. After reading review comments, I went to a plastic surgery clinic for a consultation and had the surgery. I had minimal-incision alar reduction inside the nose to reduce the nostril wings, correction of drooping alae to lift the sagging nasal wings, and artificial dermis placed in the area of alar retraction. It has been one month now.
