My bulbous nose did not improve, so I had a revision nose surgery with donated rib cartilage plus nostril reduction from the chief director at Top Class. The bulbous nose was completely improved, and at first the nose was too high, which stressed me out, but now the tip of my nose has dropped a lot. Still, it improved enough that no one can tell I used to have a bulbous nose.
