The director is so kind, and everyone from the counseling manager to all the staff is friendly! There’s absolutely no pressure to make a reservation, and they tell you to go look around everywhere! The reason I took off one point for expectations is that my nose definitely became much prettier than before, but I kind of wish it had been a little more glamorous!!! They said raising it a lot unnecessarily isn’t good, so I just trusted them and left it to them I do like it!! Just to the extent that I wish it were a little more glamorous and that I could reduce the nasal alar width a bit..
