The reason I gave 2 stars for surgical expectations is because the nose style didn’t really suit me! I went for the purpose of nose implant removal, but actually I was debating between full nose removal or removing the nasal bridge silicone + revision surgery on the nasal tip, so the director recommended the latter! They took a photo of my side profile and Photoshopped it, and said, “It should become this kind of shape,” but I was like, um..?? haha.. Later they showed me a series of before/after photos of cases similar to mine, and it seemed like the director had a nose shape they aim for, and they all seemed to have been made into the same shape, so to my eyes it felt a bit unnatural It felt like the same nose shape was placed on all different faces!
