2 years ago, I had surgery with Dr. Kim Hyun-woo at Wonjin Plastic Surgery (currently at DA). He explained things well, and I was young at the time, so I just decided to go ahead with it.. First of all, the hospital called Wonjin felt too much like a factory-style hospital, so I didn’t like it. I don’t recommend it.. I had a hump nose and a bulbous nose, so they shaved down the hump, did osteotomy, and built a nasal tip support with septal cartilage. People around me say it looks natural and pretty, but I’m disappointed because the nasal tip sometimes feels like it protrudes too much.. Also, when I smile, there’s a slight indentation? visible where the nasal bone was shaved. Functionally, I still haven’t had any major issues.
