Primary surgery 6 years ago. My columella was crooked, so they corrected it again. The last time was 4 years ago The silicone all shows through, and after surgery here my columella became crooked, so I had it redone And I have a side effect where my runny nose still drips even after 4 years At the hospital, they said the silicone showing through was blood vessels (..? ridiculous), and for the runny nose, they told me to take rhinitis medicine (daily life is hard)
