When I usually lay down to sleep, my nasal congestion was severe, so I looked into functional nose surgery, and since I was already having surgery, I did the cosmetic part together too. I had also considered implant-free surgery, but I have a low, small, short nose, and I wanted it to look slim from the front, so I chose silicone. I did not have much desire for a high nasal bridge and wanted an elegant yet natural line, so I used the thinnest silicone. —————————- Current update-! I am now 8 months post-op. I have gotten used to the nasal tip being hard, and it feels completely like my own nose!!! These days, I do not really feel discomfort even when picking my nose or blowing my nose. Humans really seem to be creatures that adapt!!
