As soon as the splint came off, you could already see the nose sagging and it was bent, but they insisted it was because of swelling. Two years later it’s still the same, and I’m looking into revision surgery while feeling a lot of stress about my nose. This was already a revision surgery, too, but it turned into a witch nose, and when I smile, my upper lip almost rubs against the tip of my nose.. Since they lowered the columella without improving the pinched nose, it became even more pinched
