I ended up having three surgeries in total. I wasn't satisfied with the first surgery, so I had a revision once, and in that process implants were used, and after the revision I had the implant removed because of a foreign-body sensation, so in total it was three surgeries. Because of that or for some reason, severe scar tissue formed around my eyes, so I even had surgery to remove the scar tissue, and it still hasn't gone away. I am satisfied that my nose has been raised naturally, but if I had known it would turn out like this, I would have just not done it from the start.
