I had a consultation for nose surgery including costal cartilage and rhinitis surgery with Director Yoon Seok-ho. The consultation was really sincere and thorough, and he told me to raise it only to a certain point and not push my luck any further. He gave me a professional consultation. But I had a scheduled appointment time originally, and then they suddenly asked if I could come later and tried to change it. Luckily that time still worked for me, so I changed it, but it was a bit awkward.
