I went there because they said the consultation was thorough, but it didn't feel that way at all. There was no analysis of the problems with my face. It just felt like they kept repeating their own opinion and trying to persuade me. It was like they gave one short conclusion, "Go with this surgical method," and then talked at length around it. They did not answer questions about the risk of side effects. When asked such questions, they cleverly avoided giving a logical medical answer and instead appealed emotionally. If I asked about the opinion of a specialist who differed from theirs, they would either question that specialist's character or say I should go get surgery from them. It seemed like they were missing the point of the questions. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory consultation.
