There were only 4 lockers for clothes, so they had the counter hold onto my clothes instead; When I went in for surgery, the staff member guiding me didn’t even know what surgery I was getting, so they just took me to the changing room, and when I asked whether I should wear underwear under the gown, they said, um... what surgery are you having? Then when I said it was forehead fat, they said, oh, wait a moment, and only then brought me surgery panties for taking fat from the thigh. Usually you wash your face before surgery, so they’d at least have headbands, but they didn’t even have that, so I somehow tied my hair up with a rubber band and washed it. The plastic surgery clinic I had gone to before felt like the patient waiting area, consultation rooms, changing rooms, procedure rooms, and operating rooms were all separated, but here, in the patient waiting area, they had everything visible, so customers sitting there saw me changing into a gown and coming out after surgery with my bare face, wobbling around. The facilities are the worst..
But Director Lim Jun-ho met with me alone in the operating room before surgery and spent a very long time carefully shaping the design and explaining everything well, so I just trusted the doctor and pushed down my anxiety. The hospital facilities were so bad that before surgery I felt like everything would fail and I was terrified,
