I had surgery in January 2019, so it has been about 3 years now.. Back then, when I consulted with the director, I said I wanted it to look as natural as possible and not artificial. I had the bridge (silicone) + hump correction + ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction + osteotomy! Now I am looking into revision surgery;; At first I was satisfied with the shape and height and lived with it, but at some point the silicone bent a lot and it looks bad T_T
