I went because the line in the surgery review looked pretty. There were reviews saying the doctor was not especially kind, but when I went for my consultation, they were kind. The consultation time did not feel too short, and they answered all of my questions kindly. It was a revision surgery consultation, and they explained the cause right away and also talked about ways to improve it. That said, maybe because it is a newly opened hospital, the consultation manager felt a little inexperienced? (a somewhat clumsy pressure to book on the same day, etc.), but the surgery is done by the doctor anyway, so? It was not a major issue.
