People's opinions about the managers varied, but the one who handled me was extremely kind. It was my first time there, and I really liked how kind my assigned manager was. I couldn't meet the doctor that day, so I went back later and met both doctors. Their personalities were quite different. The eye doctor felt a bit businesslike, but he shaped the line very carefully and listened well. The nose doctor had a very human, fun feel to the consultation and listened to what I had to say, saying it seemed like this would work. What was a bit disappointing was that I couldn't really talk in detail about how the surgery would proceed and how it would be tailored to my face.
