The doctor was extremely kind. He explained things well while showing the before-and-after results on a TV screen, so there were not many things for me to ask. It is a very famous hospital and one where functional nose surgery is possible, so I had high expectations. The front desk staff were kind. The manager said they would contact me after checking the schedule, but they did not call. While waiting for the consultation, I looked through the before-and-after booklet and thought the doctor seemed good at nose surgery.
