I visited because I was looking into eye surgery. Making an appointment was a bit difficult, but I still visited on a weekday. By my standards, even on a weekday there seemed to be more waiting compared with other hospitals. During the consultation with the director, they set an eye line for me and seemed to be trying to understand my needs regarding my eyes.
