Hello, I only had cartilage tying done, and because my nose became upturned, I waited 6 months crying and then had it untied.
To be honest, even my family didn't know, and my friends didn't know I had surgery, so to others it was a tiny difference, but when I, the person involved, looked at it, my nose was really upturned like a pig's nose.. And my nostrils looked triangular like ^ ^, so I was extremely stressed.
When the doctor consulted with me about untying the cartilage tying, they said this angle is originally a pretty nose, and if it comes down from here, it would be a droopy nose... But still, I was so stressed that I even had suicidal impulses.
Anyway, I'm writing a review in case there are people who want to undo cartilage tying.
There weren't any reviews of only undoing cartilage tying after 6 months.. So I was even more anxious.
I had free after-service at the place where I had surgery, and it's a hospital famous for cartilage tying.
The conclusion is that it doesn't return 100% to the original nose. Of course, I don't know if I feel that way because it's only day 6 after the untying surgery!!
Still, it has come down more than when the cartilage was tied, and my nostrils show less, so I'm very satisfied.
Degree of upturn: cartilage-tied nose >>>> untied nose > natural nose The degree of widening is similar too. It didn't spread out completely like my natural nose.

If it looks pinched after cartilage tying, you need to do it within 2 weeks. I hope everyone makes a quick decision within 2 weeks after nose surgery ㅠㅠ Everyone told me it was swelling, so I endured it, but after 2 weeks it was almost the same lol.
Everyone will succeed with revision surgery haha. I also went through such a hellish time until revisionㅠㅠ I can't just tell you to stay strong, but time somehow does pass.
