One side is undercorrected after ptosis correction. The director said it would be okay to do only one eye, but that the scar would need to be excised. When I said I don’t have extra skin, they said then are you going to keep living with uneven eyes like that.. and said excision is necessary. I liked that the director personally took several photos during the consultation, then carefully explained while comparing the pupils and line symmetry on the monitor with a ruler. When I said I was worried about surgery on only one side, they said Hering’s law doesn’t happen to everyone, that even doing both sides can result in uneven eyes, and that to match uneven eyes, I would have to accept that the eye may not close completely.. They said because the space between my eyes is narrow, I shouldn’t do double-line lowering. Since the undercorrected eye also has upper eyelid hollowness, they can extract fat from around the navel and put fat into the eye area, or if I do lower blepharoplasty for fat repositioning together, it’s possible to graft using under-eye fat. If I don’t want fat grafting, they said I can do it later. They said if I do ptosis correction, the eyelid will lift upward and the line will become matched. There was no mention of loosening the line. Because only one side is being done, they said there is also a possibility I may need correction again later, and since the ocular mucous membrane is not very everted, the other side does not need to be done together, but if I want, they can do it. The consultation was kind and I liked it, but I’m still worried about one-sided eye surgery and excision, so I’m thinking it over.

As rumored, the director really doesn’t talk much and doesn’t ask questions either. I have to ask very actively. They recommended doing fat grafting on one side first, but during all my consultations, this was the first time I’d heard that

I was told I needed eye correction on both sides and that fat should be added. The eye design was different on each side, so they said the right side needed two-line fold reduction to lower it. If a lot of extra skin develops, they might…
