As rumored, the director really doesn’t talk much and doesn’t ask questions either. I have to ask very actively. They recommended doing fat grafting on one side first, but during all my consultations, this was the first time I’d heard that I should do fat grafting first, so I was taken aback in a strangely fresh way. The doctor said to do ptosis correction on only one side after 3 months or more following fat grafting. They said the mucous membrane is only very slightly everted, so I don’t need to do both sides. Fat grafting on one side: 700,000. When I mentioned the side effect of fat grafting becoming lumpy, they said they personally don’t have that issue, and they seemed confident about fat grafting. They said fat grafting is done with a tunneling techniqueㅜ and fat grafting on one side + ptosis correction is 2.5 million. They said the extra skin is borderline, and whether to excise or not would be known during surgery. It’s not double-line lowering, but lowering it very slightly. What worries me is that the doctor said that because I’ve had ptosis surgery twice, there are cases where the muscle won’t pull, and in that case there’s nothing to be done but just live with it, and showed me surgery photos of one of their own patients with such a case. The consultation is worth going to.
