The manager was kind, but the director seemed to hate questions as rumored. Maybe it’s just me, but as a patient I’m anxious and ask questions, and he explained things in a slightly sarcastic way. Through the whole consultation, it felt strongly like, since he was confident, I should just pay and get the surgery. He also guaranteed that side effects would never happen and dismissed everything outright. So I didn’t really trust it.
