I first consulted with the director, and they explained things kindly and also told me which parts of my current nose shape would be hard to improve. But the first explanation was a bit short and focused only on the necessary parts, so I had to ask about a lot of things. They answered everything I asked sincerely. While the manager explained things and showed before-and-after photos, it felt like the surgical direction prioritized naturalness rather than big changes.
