I wasn’t trying to get removal because of a complication, so he didn’t recommend removal If you’re going to have surgery, the key is to remove all implants or cartilage and figure out how to properly set the nasal tip cartilage, but he said he’d do his best and that the shape might not come out exactly as desired I was really satisfied with the consultation because he recorded every single part of it
