I apply Fucidin and take care of it frequently every day so it does not get dry or infected, and I take care of the costal cartilage surgical site about once every two days with sterile gauze and Fucidin! It is important for the scar to be less noticeable As for the nose, except for the scar from my first surgery, I think it will barely show.. The costal cartilage area seems like it will remain a little faintly, but thankfully it is not like anyone will see it..
For ice packs, I even fell asleep wearing a pack shaped like an eye mask, and I really kept up with my antibiotics I have an LED mask at home, so I also do that once a day for 15 minutes..
I am on long-term neurogenic pain medication, so if I were prescribed a separate painkiller, there was a concern about overdose, so it was excluded from the prescription. Fortunately, I had painkillers previously prescribed for another reason, so I visited the dispensing pharmacy and am taking only 1 tablet a day under their instructions..! Even with just that, I was able to go about daily life!
After removing the nasal packing, being able to taste food felt so happy, and I thought being able to breathe through my nose was a blessing On day 2, even while breathing through my mouth, every time I was about to fall asleep I could not breathe, so I kept waking up and falling asleep, and before I knew it, it was 6 a.m. I think that crisis was the hardest After the packing was removed, my nostrils opened up as if they had been cleared, and it felt so refreshing

If you look from the side, you can see that the nasal tip has come down a lot, and the clinic said it will come down more once the swelling subsides.. I almost grabbed the consultant and cried.. Of course, because I was moved! I want time to pass quickly so I can leave a clear before-and-after~!
Today, I do not know what got into me, but I wanted to try washing by myself, so I lay down with my head against the bathroom threshold and tried washing my hair, and it turned into a flood.. The showerhead danced because of the water pressure I should have just gone to the salon tomorrow........ Still, I feel good because it is refreshing! Even though midway through I thought my ribs were going to break
