The director was confident and professional. He seemed to understand white noses and the previous nose surgery methods just by touching them. He explained everything in detail while drawing. The consultant was also gentle and nice. But when it came to the surgical method, he said what I want can't be done, so I'm really worried I only want part of it removed, but he recommended removing the whole thing or removing everything and then repositioning it. I think I need some time to think and decide.
