Out of all the places I have visited in my life, this is the one I regret the most... It was not even a big plastic surgery clinic or a dermatology clinic with a specialist, but the consultation manager came instead of the director and decided what to do and how to do it, starting with setting the price. I went thinking only about HPL, but they kept recommending Bubble Jet, saying, 'Honestly, Bubble Jet would suit you better, and it is much more effective, and if you are going to do it, you should do it as a package.' In the end, I came to believe them, but while I kept going regularly, there was really not even the slightest change, and later when I asked the manager for a consultation, they said, 'Then maybe it does not suit you, and if you want to see results, add a few more sessions and pay extra.' Wherever you go, even if it is just once, you should feel like you are there. But after going back and forth nearly 10 times, I kept thinking, 'Do they even know my name or my face?' There was no warmth, no effect, and all that felt left was <customer = money>.
