Because it's a large hospital, I had to take elevators around to different rooms, and I really felt, wow, this hospital is huge... It felt like I was at a university hospital. But the expertise was a bit .... Someone came wanting surgery, and if they had done a CT scan, I think it would have been good to explain what kind of surgery they would do, but instead it just felt like they were explaining and lecturing about what facial contouring is. It felt like they had just memorized something. I waited about 20 minutes for the director's consultation, but got nothing out of it and thought going there was pointless. I didn't talk much with the consultant either ...
