It was my first visit, and there were more people than I expected, but both the manager and the director were very kind, which I liked. ((Honestly, I went there terrified after reading the reviews. They checked my septum and the consultation went through by showing before-and-after photos. I went in with a lot of anxiety, but luckily I started to feel hopeful that removing it would work out well. Of course, I’d only know for sure after surgery, but since this is a surgery that needs to be approached carefully, I still haven’t made a definite decision. Still, they gave me confidence, so if I do get it removed, I think I’d have it done here.
