I went for a consultation a few years ago, and for now I don’t know if things have changed, but the managers were all extremely, extremely kind. They kept asking me things and answering everything one by one. Then the director came and talked, answered everything I didn’t know, and I gained trust, so I booked right away. That said, I had said I wanted to just shave down the hump without any implant, but they recommended the septal cartilage.
