Liposuction Reviews

Three-month review of hip fat grafting

I received hip fat grafting along with abdominal and thigh liposuction from Dr. Lim at [Clinic A]. My hip-dip area was originally hollow, so my biggest concern was that the hip line did not look smooth from the front. I decided on surgery because I wanted a natural line flowing from my waist to my hips rather than simply making my hips larger. At first, the swelling was severe, and I was worried because the liposuction areas felt hard and lumpy and parts of my hips looked uneven. Over time, the swelling gradually subsided, and the overall impression changed significantly compared with immediately after surgery. I think shaping the line according to your own body type is more important for fat grafting than simply adding a large amount. Since I also had liposuction, recovery was uncomfortable at times and required more patience than expected. It has now been about three months, so I will continue watching how the fat takes and how the contours hold. If you are considering surgery, I hope you consult several clinics and learn enough about the recovery process, including swelling and lumpiness. I was worried at first too, but seeing the changes over time made me realize that you should not judge the result based only on how it looks immediately after surgery.
