Liposuction Consultation Review 3 ([Clinic A])

I wrote my stats in the previous post, so I will not write them again. The fifth hospital I consulted was [Clinic A]. Consultation fee: none. Arms 3.6 million won + forearms slightly, to balance things out, + accessory breasts + scapular area. Examination fee: 100,000 won. Antibiotics: 25,000 won. I booked a morning appointment, but there were many people waiting, so I was shocked. After waiting a little, I had an InBody measurement, then waited a bit longer before consulting with the manager. She showed me photos and explained things, including points to watch out for by showing incorrectly selected photos from another hospital. She said the surgery takes about two hours and is performed lying on the back without turning face down. She said that because it is handmade, I would not need to wear compression garments. When I asked about skin sagging due to my age, she said the director’s own technique activates a skin-contraction mechanism and minimizes sagging by extracting fat through three openings (or so she said, but don’t other places basically use three openings too?). Stitches are removed on day 10, or between days 8 and 10. After waiting a little longer, I consulted with the director. I took off my gown and had photos taken, then the director felt around, measured my arm circumference with a tape measure, displayed my photos on a screen, and explained everything. He said my arms would respond well and estimated that 600–700 cc would come out from the arms alone, excluding the accessory breasts. He said it would be similar to [Clinic B]. He explained that if I was interested, the extracted fat could be placed in the breasts or face. He said removing the accessory breasts would inevitably leave some wrinkles. They perform two or three surgeries a day. There is no price discount. If you post one review in three places, you get two follow-up care sessions; if you post two reviews, you get one follow-up care session and three scar-laser sessions. The manager explained that radiofrequency and manual massage are the most effective, so I should not pay unnecessarily for other treatments. The manager was kind, and the director had a charismatic, extremely confident manner. There seemed to be many patients and even surgery scheduled immediately, but he took time to consult in detail without rushing. Pros: Based on the review photos, the results seem clear; since it is known for revision surgery, the first surgery should naturally be good too; and I like not having to wear compression garments. They say the scars are small. Cons: The price is expensive. The hospital rating in this community is low at 3.9. I wonder whether there was some bad review recently, but I cannot find out. If anyone here had surgery there, please send me a message with your review. Everything else seems fine, but the low community rating worries me a little. Since it is famous and performs many surgeries, there must certainly be negative reviews, but if there is a serious one, I would exclude this hospital, so please let me know!
